Sponsored posts on Instagram are always with purpose, they are paid to a celebrity to promote their product. Not everyone follows the legal right to show off or promote the product that they are paid and they ‘accicednly’ slip a post that makes visible to other that the celebrity is a part of the campaign of the product.

One of the famous goof ups is made recently by the reality TV personality Scott Disick on Instagram where he posts as if he is paid to promote the Boo Tea Shake his sponsor’s instructions in the photo caption instead of posting a surreptitious post with a hashtag #ad someone in his +16 million followers.
It is well known everywhere especially in the marketing area that celebrities are paid to promote brands and products in their images, but in this case, Disick gave an easy shot to upset the sponsor and his fans.

Scott Disick was supposed to post a photo with the following caption: “Keeping up with the summer workout routine with my morning @booteau protein shake!” as a sponsored post but instead of that he wrote “Here you go, at 4 pm est, write the below. Caption: “Keeping up with the summer workout routine with my morning @booteauk protein shake!”. Pretty upset message for the sponsor.
Interesting comments were followed later after the screenshot where he was unable to take it all back: “You had one job, Scott” and “Bless you Scott, not paid to think just paid to promote.”.
According to The Mirror, Disick was paid between £10,000 (~$14,500) and £13,000 (~$19,000) per sponsored post but this time Bootea pay a few dollars to a celebrity who is able to think before promoting.

Scott Disick is famous for being in a relationship with reality television star Kourtney Kardashian and had regular appearances on the reality TV shows Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami and Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons.
Disick had a reputation for having expensive taste in clothes and even launched his fashion line.
