Laura’s success started from her love and passion for surfing. At the age of seventeen, she found her calling at the beach where she embraced the beach culture with all her heart.  She aced the glare of publicity in 2004 as a pro surfer. Today, she is one of the most successful models, brand ambassador, TV presenter, host of high profile events and an advocate for various causes such as women empowerment, cervical cancer prevention, children, health and wellbeing, Earth hour and a lot more!

Currently, she is an Ambassador for Variety which is a non-profit organization promoting Australian children to attain their full potential regardless of ability or background. Laura says that as an Ambassador for Variety, it has allowed her to commit to a deeper level to the charity, hoping to make a greater change to the lives of disadvantaged children. She believes that the children deserve to be free and joyful, so she never wants to take her role for granted. She keeps her motivations very simple, real and positive. She believes the art to life is to appreciate and contribute, so to place meaning to her life, she feels it is necessary to develop a reasoned desire for others to be happy.



Likewise, Laura is an Ambassador and a spokesperson for the National Cervical Cancer i-did campaign. She is also an active Youth Ambassador for Earth Hour. Recently, she has been with Sanitarium, which is an organization based in Australia promoting health and wellbeing. In 2014, she became the ambassador for Ocsober, an Australian fundraising initiative that encourages people to give up alcohol for the month of October. The group encourages people to be sober and help raise funds for Life Education.



Laura also joined the TV Show entitled, MissAdventure. The show inspired people to travel and discover the superb experience of adventure. Here, Laura taught everyone to overcome fear, learn courage, laugh and keep honest friendships.
