And not to mention the thousands health benefits packed in a single bottle of water.

Desert the dessert

Any dessert is rich in sugars. Don’t let them lie to you; there is no such thing as zero sugars in desserts. Skipping out on dessert can subtract hundreds of calories. If your sugar addiction is out of control, eat a fruit instead of a chocolate. But if you just must eat a piece of chocolate, we recommend you make your own. Here’s a suggestion how!

Recipe:

Heat 50ml of milk, but don’t let it boil. Once it is heated, add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix. Continue mixing and add 50 gr. butter and just a pinch of cinnamon for better taste. Take a bowl, and add 100 gr. cocoa powder. Add the mixture that you prepared before. Wisk until there are no lumps. You can add almonds or any nuts for better taste. Pour the mixture into molds and leave it in the fridge for about an hour. It’s done. Yummy and healthy!

Work out

You can’t get down to the wanted weight if you don’t work for it. The crucial thing you need to know before beginning this journey is that proper diet without working out will get you nowhere. And vice versa! Have you noticed how your heart rate is faster when you work out? This is your body’s way of saying ‘Hey, I am burning calories!’ The best way to achieve your goal of losing weight is by doing 30 minutes of cardio each day. This is because cardio workouts engage multiple muscles at the same time.
Add push-ups and lunges to your workout routine. Okay, if it is too much, do them every other day.
